Weekdays: 24–48 hours after checkout
Weekends: 24–72 hours after checkout

Once you’ve checked out, your refund should fall within the applicable timeframe, provided there are no valid deductions under the booking terms.

To keep things smooth, follow the house rules, report any existing damage when you check in, and complete the checkout process properly.
